Boris Karloff is a Satan worshipping Hungarian Architect living in an Uber-Modern mansion. The house was built on the foundations of an old prison from the war and of course there are dark things that go on down there. Keeping true to his sleek design style Karloff keeps his victims corpses in sparkling crystal coffins arranged like museum pieces. The showdown comes as Bella Lugosi seeks to exact revenge for his wife and child having been sacrificed to the devil. Then there is the innocent American couple on their honeymoon that always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
